Tim McGraw likes to workout. In fact, when he did that concert at the Georgia Dome a few weeks ago with Kenny Chesney, he mentioned that he went for a run through the streets of downtown Atlanta.
That said, I can't imagine that this is one of his running shoes. I seriously doubt that this shoe even belongs to him. That's a HUGE shoe. And Faith is a lucky woman.
